What is EFT Tapping?

EFT is a therapeutic technique where individuals tap on specific acupressure points on the body. We use the clients’ words to tune into what’s stuck, whether this is behaviours, thoughts or body sensations.

EFT is: A tool for loosening stuck stuff – WD40 for stress. How we get free of the past. An emotional baggage handler. Adds a somatic element for cognitive and behavioural therapy.

EFT can be taught in workshops and group settings or one-on-one support. Individual sessions are tailored to students’ specific needs. Teacher training empowers educators to integrate EFT into daily routines for a calm and supportive classroom.
